Colin Browne has been interim President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2022. Mr. Browne served as Chief Operating Officer from February 2020 through May 2022. Prior to that, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer from July 2017 to February 2020 and President of Global Sourcing from September 2016 to June 2017. Prior to joining our Company, he served as Vice President and Managing Director for VF Corporation, leading its sourcing and product supply organization in Asia and Africa from November 2013 to August 2016 and as Vice President of Footwear Sourcing from November 2011 to October 2013. Prior thereto, Mr. Browne served as Executive Vice President of Footwear and Accessories for Li and Fung Group LTD from September 2010 to November 2011 and Chief Executive Officer, Asia for Pentland Brands PLC from April 2006 to January 2010. Mr. Browne has over 25 years of experience leading sourcing efforts for large brands.
Mr. Plank became Under Armour’s Executive Chairman and Brand Chief in January 2020, after serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1996 to 2019, and President from 1996 to July 2008 and August 2010 to July 2017. Founded in 1996 out of frustration that cotton T-shirts were unable to keep him dry and comfortable while playing football at the University of Maryland, Mr. Plank designed and created a new apparel innovation that efficiently wicked sweat to optimize athletic performance. Nearly a quarter of a century later and Under Armour has grown into one of the world’s leading developer, marketer, and distributor of branded performance apparel, footwear and accessories. Mr. Plank also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.
Mr. Baratto has served as Chief Consumer Officer since November 2021 and served as SVP, Managing Director EMEA from May 2018 to October 2021. Before joining Under Armour, Mr. Baratto served as the CEO of the Oberalp Group from January 2003 to May 2018,coordinating the group’s brands, national subsidiaries, individual business units, and product divisions.He has over 30 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods and sporting goods industries.(Video) Anchorman - News Team Assemble (1080p)
David Bergman has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2017. He has responsibility for finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, insurance, and corporate real estate.
Mr. Bergman joined Under Armour in 2004 and has held several senior management roles within the company's finance and accounting organization, including Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance.
He began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen LLP, serving both large public and smaller private clients in the consumer products and healthcare industries. He then served in senior audit and consulting roles at Ernst & Young LLP prior to joining Under Armour.
A graduate of James Madison University, Mr. Bergman holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting.
Lisa K. Collier has been Chief Product Officer since April 2020. Prior to joining our Company, Ms. Collier served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NYDJ (Not Your Daughter’s Jeans) from June 2016 to January 2020. Prior thereto, Ms. Collier served as Executive Vice President and President of Global Dockers Brand of Levi Strauss & Company from July 2013 to May 2016 and as Chief Transformation Officer from October 2013 to January 2015. Ms. Collier also served as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Innovation across all brands from 2012 to 2013, Senior Vice President Global Dockers Merchandising, Licensing, Supply Chain from 2010 to 2012, as Managing Director and General Manager of Levi Strauss Australia and New Zealand from 2007 to 2011, as Vice President of U.S. Retail from 2006 to 2007 and as Vice President of Product Management for the U.S. Levi’s Brand from 2003 to 2006. Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Company, Ms. Collier served in various leadership roles at Sunrise Brands (formerly Tarrant Apparel Group) from 1999 to 2003. Stephanie Pugliese has been President of the Americas since June 2020. Prior to that she served as President of North America from September 2019 to May 2020. Tchernavia Rocker has been Chief People & Administrative Officer since June 2020. Prior to that she served as Chief People and Culture Officer from February 2019 to May 2020. Prior to joining our Company, she served more than 18 years in Human Resources leadership roles at Harley-Davidson, Inc., most recently as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from June 2016 through January 2019, as General Manager, Human Resources from January 2012 through May 2016, and in various other Human Resources leadership positions since joining the company in 2000. Prior to that, she served in various HR and operations roles at Goodyear Dunlop North America Tire Inc.
John Stanton has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel since February 2018 and Corporate Secretary since 2008. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel from March 2013 to January 2018, Vice President, Corporate Governance and Compliance from October 2007 to February 2013 and Deputy General Counsel from February 2006 to September 2007.
